How do I get started with AAES?

Membership is by application. Reach out with what you need through the contact form, and a member of the team will follow up to talk through fit and next steps. There's no cost or commitment to start that conversation.

What happens after I apply for membership?

We review your application and follow up for a short conversation. If it's a fit, you'll receive an invitation to join, and payment is arranged after that — never as a public checkout button. There's no commitment until the invitation stage.

How fast will someone respond to my request?

Response time depends on your membership tier — from next business day up to a live, three-ring standard at the top tier, pending final confirmation of our around-the-clock capability (TBD-012). Full tier-by-tier detail is on the Membership page.

How does membership work?

Membership is a recurring-dues relationship that gives you one point of contact across AAES's divisions, plus a stated response tier. Individual services are billed separately, at your member rate.

Pricing is confirmed per tier and will be published on the Membership page once finalized (TBD-007). Every tier includes the same access to AAES's divisions — what changes between tiers is your response commitment and how much AAES manages on your behalf.

Yes. Every membership tier includes access to AAES's full current set of divisions — what changes by tier is your point of contact and response commitment, not which categories of service you can use.

What services are included?

AAES coordinates concierge and executive services across several categories — nightlife and VIP access, travel and aviation, estate and property, wellness and personal-care scheduling, events and production, and logistics and relocation, among others. The current, complete list is always on the Services page, since what's published there reflects what's actually available.

Are your security personnel licensed?

AAES does not employ security personnel directly. Personal and event protection is coordinated through Florida-licensed security agencies — Chapter 493 of the Florida Statutes governs that licensing, and AAES's own agency-licensing position is under review (TBD-005). We make no claim to hold a security-agency, security-officer, or firearm license, and we don't represent that armed or off-duty law-enforcement services are available directly through AAES. Any protection request is placed with a separately licensed agency, and any AAES license number will be published here and in the site footer once confirmed.

Do you provide medical care?

No. AAES is not a healthcare provider, doesn't practise medicine, and employs no clinical staff. For physician and chiropractic visits, our role is scheduling only — we help you get on a provider's calendar and handle the logistics; the care itself is between you and the provider you see. We don't collect medical information through this website, and we don't accept any payment or benefit from a provider for scheduling your visit.

What areas do you cover?

AAES primarily serves Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, and the corridor between them. If you're just outside that range, ask when you reach out — we'll tell you plainly whether we can help.

Can you help with a request outside South Florida?

Accepted Answer

Some requests — travel coordination especially — extend beyond our three core markets. Ask when you reach out, and we'll tell you directly whether it's something we can take on.

How do you handle discretion and confidentiality?

Discretion is core to how AAES operates. NDAs are standard, and what you ask for isn't discussed or posted anywhere. Vendor and partner relationships are held to the same standard.

Do you share my information with anyone else?

Only what's needed to deliver the specific thing you asked for — a hotel needs your reservation details, a provider needs enough to schedule your appointment. We don't sell member information, and we don't collect medical details through this website.

How am I billed for services?

Members get one coordinated invoice rather than separate bills from every vendor — AAES handles reconciling the underlying costs. Membership dues and individual service costs are billed separately; your tier sets your vendor rate, not what triggers a charge.

Do you charge extra for coordinating with outside vendors or providers?

Vendor and provider costs are passed through at your membership rate — AAES doesn't add a hidden markup. For physician or chiropractic coordination specifically, we don't accept any payment or benefit from a provider for referring you to them.
