Logistics & Relocation

Chauffeured transport, moving, storage, and freight — coordinated door to door.

AAES coordinates ground transport, moving, storage, and freight for members across South Florida and beyond. For chauffeured transport, we arrange vehicles and drivers directly. For moving and freight, we work as a coordinator: engaging moving companies and carriers that hold the registration their work requires — FDACS registration for intrastate household moves, USDOT and FMCSA authority for interstate moves — rather than operating a moving or trucking fleet ourselves. We confirm that registration before a mover is booked; we don't send an unregistered crew to a member's home to save a step.

Chauffeured transport covers the everyday requests — airport runs, a driver on call for the day, event transport for a group — using a ground fleet of vehicles and drivers we contract with directly, confirmed and insured for commercial passenger service. Moving and relocation covers the bigger moves: a full household relocation, a seasonal move between properties, or a single piece that needs specialty handling, coordinated with a moving company matched to the job.

Storage is arranged for members who need somewhere secure for belongings between moves or during a renovation, and freight covers shipments too large or too specific for a standard courier — art, furniture, and equipment moved through carriers experienced with that kind of cargo. Across all of it, one point of contact tracks the shipment or the move from pickup to delivery, so a member calls one number instead of tracking four separate confirmation emails.

Coverage spans all three markets and the corridor between them, and the character of the work shifts with the market — Fort Lauderdale's requests lean toward marine-adjacent freight and larger household moves given the concentration of waterfront estates, while Miami Beach and West Palm Beach see more day-to-day chauffeured transport relative to full relocations. A member moving between two of our markets, or between South Florida and a home elsewhere, gets one coordinated file covering the move, the storage in between if needed, and the delivery at the other end.

Chauffeured requests are often the shortest-notice work we handle — a car needed within the hour is not unusual — while a full relocation is planned weeks ahead, with the mover, the storage window, and the delivery date all confirmed before a single box is packed. Both ends of that range go through the same point of contact, so a member isn't managing a driver dispatch and a moving-company timeline as two unrelated conversations.
